For Android & iPhone

Every relationship, without the homework.

NetBrief remembers what people tell you — their families, their work, what’s coming up for them — and tells you who to reach out to, and what to ask, before you meet. A few minutes a day, for busy people who aren’t natural networkers.

NetBrief’s Today screen: a meeting under way with three people, and a contact’s 40th birthday

Four questions, answered every day.

Keeping up with people comes down to four things. NetBrief answers them from what you’ve told it — and does the remembering for you.

  • Who should I reach out to?

Choose how often you want to keep in touch with someone. Today tells you when it’s been too long.

  • What did we talk about last time?

Every call, coffee and message is on their timeline, by date, in your own words.

  • What should I ask about?

Three things worth bringing up — the move they mentioned, the marathon, their daughter’s new school.

  • What do I need to know before we meet?

A short brief on each person, written from everything you’ve logged, and kept up to date as you go.

Before you meet

“What was his daughter’s name again?”

Open anyone before a coffee or a call and their brief is waiting: what’s going on with them, what you talked about last, and three things worth bringing up. You walk in remembering, and they notice.

After you talk

Say it once. It’s filed.

A few words after a call, typed or spoken. NetBrief puts it on their timeline and picks out what’s worth keeping — a new job, a birthday, the team they cheer for — for their profile. When it isn’t sure, it asks. And anything it added, you can undo.

Logging a call in NetBrief: a few typed words about what was said

Private by design

What you write about people stays yours.

NetBrief holds the things people trust you with. It’s built to keep them that way.

  • Never sold

Never sold, never used for advertising, and never used to train AI models.

  • See and undo it all

Every entry shows what it added. Edit or delete it, and NetBrief takes back what it did.

  • Locked to you

Turn on Lock NetBrief and it opens only with whatever unlocks your phone — fingerprint, face or PIN.

  • Recordings don’t linger

Voice notes and shared files are deleted as soon as they’ve been read. Your words are kept; the audio isn’t.

Built for relationships. Nothing else.

Not a sales CRM, a notes app or a chatbot. NetBrief does one job, properly.

Everything keeping up takes

  • Your phone’s contacts, brought in without doubles
  • Every conversation on a timeline, by date
  • Birthdays, anniversaries and who’s due a call
  • A brief on anyone, before you meet

None of the rest

  • Pipelines, deals or sales targets
  • Public profiles or follower counts
  • Ads, or selling your data
  • Your notes training someone’s AI

Set up in a few minutes.

  1. 1

    Bring in your people

Import the contacts on your phone, or a spreadsheet. NetBrief checks for doubles before anyone’s added.

  2. 2

    Log after you talk

A few words after a call or a coffee. Or share a message, an email or a photo from any app.

  3. 3

Read the brief before you meet

What’s new with them, what you talked about, and what to ask. A minute, and you’re ready.

Questions, answered.

Who can see what I write?

Only you. Everything is private to your account. There are no public profiles, and nobody you add to NetBrief is told.

Is what I write used to train AI?

No. What you write is never sold, never used for advertising and never used to train AI models.

Does the AI decide what’s saved?

The AI reads what you log; NetBrief’s own rules decide what’s done with it. Anything that only adds to someone is saved, with Undo. Anything that would change what’s already there, or add someone new, is shown to you first.

Does it change the contacts on my phone?

Only if you ask it to. NetBrief brings your phone’s contacts in, and can keep the two in step — or leave your phone exactly as it is.

Can I log without a connection?

Yes. A log made with no connection waits on your phone and sends itself when you’re back online.

What does it cost?

CA$16.99 a month or CA$169.99 a year, after a 14-day free trial.

Which phones does it work on?

NetBrief is coming to Android and iPhone.
